| If you are wanting to purchase a rabbit from me, Please make sure you take the time needed to read and understand the policy below. I will hold it your responsiblity to know the rules and follow them. 1. - I will hold a rabbit for up to 7 days without a deposit, within those 7 days you must send out payment and I recieve it no later then the 7th day. On rare conditions, I may hold it longer without deposit, but that must be agreed on by me. 2. - Rabbits are not considered sold until a Non-Refundable 50% deposit has been made. That deposit guarantees you that rabbit for up to 2 weeks. If I have room, I will allow for a longer holding period, but this length of time must be agreed upon by me before you send your deposit. If you fail to pick up your rabbit on the agreed date or show, you forfeit your deposit and the rabbit goes back on the for sale list. 3. - For deposit payment, I accept: Cash, Money Order and personal checks, the other half of the money must be paid in cash at the time of pick up. 4. - If paying with personal checks, the date of pick up must be at least 7 days after I recieved it. This give the check time to clear. 5. -I DO NOT SHIP AT THIS TIME 6. - I guarantee that all rabbits that leave here are healthy for 7 days after the purchase date. If any health problems arise within that 7 days, I will happily give you a trade or reimbursment. However, I must be notified within those 7 days! Anything after 7 days will not be reiembursed or traded. You must provide proof of the Death/Illness, and the cause. I will not be held liable for any medical expenses. If the cause of Illness/Death was caused by something you did incorrectly including but not limited to: exposure to drafts, not quarentining from other animals, rough handling, stressful situations, improper feed change, unsafe or unsanitary housing, improper acclimation to temperature change, or poor management, I will not trade or reimburse your money. 7. If the rabbit is sold with a non-contagious health problem, the buyer will be made well aware before buying. I will NOT refund if the buyer later decided they do not want the rabbit. 8. If I sell a rabbit that I say would be show quality, this is based soley on my opinion based on my knowledge from ARBA showing. This in no way will guarentee that this rabbit will win. It just means that in my experience I believe that this rabbit would do well on the show table. 9. I don't breed does and then place them on the sales list. I will however breed a doe you are wanting to purchase, to the buck of your choice. The doe must be picked up no later than a week before kindling. If you would like me to breed a doe for you, you can tack on an extra $25 to her current price. I will guarentee that you get a bred girl.
